Pastor Jeff loves to talk about the Lord Jesus Christ and his precious wife, Angela and their growing family which includes their first grandchild. He is a dynamic speaker and is known for his practical biblical teaching, his visionary leadership, and his passion to help people become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Jeff's authenticity and his ability to communicate the truth of God's Word in a humorous, dynamic and revelatory manner helps people understand the Bible and how to apply its teaching to their everyday lives.

Our current everyday lives are influenced by a society drifting further and further away from Judeo-Christian values. “Politics is the expression of one’s world view. I unashamedly address politics from a biblical worldview. For a pastor to avoid being political, he must stop being biblical.  The Bible teaches me to be the best citizen possible.

Pastor Jeff is highly educated but is one of the most down to earth men you will ever meet. He has a bachelor’s degree in Bible and Counseling Psychology from Bryan College in Dayton Tennessee. He has a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in Philosophy at the University of Texas at Arlington. Pastor Jeff was ordained to gospel ministry by Christ and confirmed by the late Dr. W. A. Criswell and a dozen other godly pastors with the laying on of hands.

Over 30 years ago Christ called Pastor Jeff into the ministry. This calling included a passion and a vision to proclaim the gospel to everyone in the world and to start Christ-centered, positive, Bible-based and reproducing churches. Pastor Jeff started a non-profit ministry called Stepping Stones Church Planting Ministry. To date 32 churches have been birthed through Pastor Jeff's leadership.
