6:19 Fitness is a community fitness class designed for all ages and fitness levels. We meet every Monday at 9 AM in the Christian Life Building for a motivating, high-energy workout that strengthens both body and spirit. Our name comes from 1 Corinthians 6:19, reminding us to honor and care for the bodies God has given us. All are welcome—come move with us, make new connections, and enjoy a supportive environment where everyone belongs.

Gentle exercises using a chair for support when needed and bodyweight movements, with absolutely no heavy lifting.
